Vint Hill offers the opportunity to live, work and shop in a beautifully planned
and landscaped village. Vint Hill is both an evolving corporate center and a
people place, where firms and individuals can find the perfect balance
between business and pleasure, all within walking distance.
Recreational Facilities
Village Green at Vint Hill is a community recreation center that offers
basketball, volleyball, racquetball, pool, fitness center and table tennis.
Outdoor activities include lighted softball and baseball fields, as well as
other fields for soccer, tennis courts and picnic shelters.
The Larry Weeks Community Pools at
Vint Hill is a family pool 25 meters long
with a water depth ranging from 2-6 feet.
A separate children’s pool has a
maximum depth of 2 feet and there is a water-drop misting mushroom, a squirt turtle,
fountains and a frog slide. Locker rooms, showers, a family changing
room and concession vending are part of the community pool facility.
Lake Brittle is adjacent to Vint Hill and open to the public 24 hours a day,
seven days a week. Visitors can hike, fish, or picnic at the lake. A concession
stand and boat rentals are available.
Many area public and private recreational
facilities surround Vint Hill including the new
Warrenton Community Center, Chestnut Forks Swim Club,
Marshall Community Center, Freedom
Aquatic & Fitness Center and Rady Park.
Town Center
The heart of the new vision for Vint Hill is a village center comprised of a Main
Street of shops, restaurants and residences. A movie theater and grocery
store are planned as part of the village center. An outdoor park, skating rink
and YMCA are also under consideration. Further information
will be available in the near future.

The Vint Hill Concept Plan includes a site for a
continuing care retirement community (CCRC).
Vint Hill offers a secure location, restaurants,
shops and services centrally located, and an
extraordinarily beautiful, serene landscape.

Vint Hill has 300 newly constructed single
family homes and another 975 homes are approved
and under development at Brookside, a separate
development at the southwest boundary.
