Vision Statement
Vint Hill is a uniquely designed countryside community distinguished by:

Respect for Fauquier County's natural beauty.

Mission Statement
To develop the former Vint Hill Farms Station for the economic, cultural and social betterment of Fauquier County and the region .

Background
The Vint Hill Economic Development Authority (Vint Hill EDA) was created in 1996 by Virginia Governor George Allen. The Vint Hill EDA is responsible for guiding the redevelopment of Vint Hill, the former Army communications base. Our Mission is to generate high quality jobs and tax revenues for the betterment of Fauquier County. The Vint Hill Master Plan envisions a mixed-use village of commercial offices, shops, restaurants, residences, recreation and open space in a well-planned community.
